Jakarta, April 27, 2024 – To improve employee skills in making reports and writing letters to internal and external parties, PT KTM invited trainers from PT ARA INDONESIA who have experience in Correspondence training. This training was held at the Mercure Hotel Jakarta Batavia and was attended by 20 employees at the Managerial and Staff levels of PT. KTM with training materials, namely Writing Skills. This activity is the company’s commitment to increasing employee soft skills in writing letters to external parties and in writing reports and making memos to internal Management in facing the digitalization era.
