Jakarta, November 26, 2022 – In achieving the goal of creating work processes and relationships between co-workers that are effective and synergized with each other, the company invited a Psychology Practitioner and Consultant, namely Drs Rumeser M.Psi to present soft skills training materials for KTM employees. This training was held at the KTM office and was attended by 48 Managerial level employees and KTM Staff with training material namely Self & Group Effectiveness Through MBTI. In this training, each participant will gain knowledge about their own personality traits and the personality of each co-worker. This activity is the company’s commitment to developing employee soft skills in achieving synergy in work between co-workers, superiors and subordinates, so it is hoped that the planned targets can be achieved based on the results of the synergy between KTM employees.
